Payments Posting

All payments received on a given day will be posted to the system the same day. This allows the doctor's office to immediately view the total payments collected and track any outstanding amounts in aging.

Often, payments are not posted, especially at the beginning of the month, leading to uncertainty about the total amount collected and what remains pending. By posting payments at the end of each day, the doctor's office can view the practice's financial status accurately and promptly, which is crucial for both us and our valued clients.
