Patient statements are settled according to a patient’s statement cycle as mentioned below.

 

Patient Statement Cycle

• Patients will receive two statements, sent at 30-day intervals, to the mailing address provided by the Doctor's office.
• Before sending out the patient's statements, a brief list of recipients will be provided to the Doctor's office for confirmation.
• In addition to generating patient statements, we have introduced a new module for "Balance Reminder Calls" to patients' cell numbers provided by the Doctor’s Office. This initiative is expected to enhance the client’s revenue.

 

Automated Balance Reminder Call

In addition to managing insurance aging, patient aging is another significant area where revenue can be blocked. Sending itemized statements alone is often insufficient. To ensure we recover every penny owed to our clients, we have introduced a new module that generates friendly reminder calls to patients on their cell numbers provided by the Doctor's Office. This approach helps remind patients of their outstanding balances, and our experience shows that these reminder calls can significantly increase the recovery of blocked revenue.
